SUMMARY

The report provides background on the HIV epidemic among men and boys, and provides a framework for engaging me and oys in the HIV response. This includes identifying mechanisms to increase HIV prevention among men and boys, increase testing, enabling men to stay on treatment, and priority groups for a differentiated approach.
