SUMMARY

This is a facilitator's guide for the Breaking the Barrier program that aims to mobilise men and women in favour of the equality of the sexes. Module 1 ncludes a focus on the themes of sex, gender and gender socialisation; gender, power and discrimination; gender, power and violence; and Gender, HIV and AIDS. Module 2 focuses on enabling change, and Module 3 on facilitating the change.
