SUMMARY

For the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence, and with gender-transformative approaches one of the six accelerators of UNFPA’s 2022 – 2025 Strategic Plan, UNFPA hosted a global conversation to discuss UNFPA's use of gender transformative approaches in GBV prevention and response and share examples of interventions that safely promote transformational change and aim to widen women’s space to act and exert influence, even in humanitarian settings.
